1. Acceptance

By using Mana Forge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Mana Forge is a deck building and management platform for trading card games. The service includes AI-assisted deck construction, deck analysis tools, game tracking, and community features. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Account

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of decklists, primers, and game logs you create. By sharing a deck publicly, you grant Mana Forge a non-exclusive license to display that content to other users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the service without permission.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Deck suggestions and analysis provided by the AI assistant are for informational purposes only. Mana Forge does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or competitiveness of AI-generated decklists. Always verify card legality and rules with official sources.

7. Card Data

Card names, rules text, and images are the property of their respective owners. Card data is provided by Scryfall. Mana Forge does not claim ownership of any trading card game intellectual property.

8. Freemium Model

Basic features are available for free. Premium features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and features included in each tier will be clearly communicated before purchase. Refund policy will be specified at the time of subscription launch.

9. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your data (decklists, game logs, account information) will be permanently removed within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mana Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform.
